Weaving Futures Festival 2022

For some‭, ‬the ateliers contributed to other senses of belonging‭, ‬for others it built new networks‭. ‬In addition it brought a series of hand-made wearables from upcycled textiles‭, ‬a hip-hop performance‭, ‬new songs‭, ‬music‭, ‬dance and a short documentary‭.‬ We shared the harvest with the local and international audience during a week-long festival. We hope that this can be the start of a long-term cycle of cultural exchanges in Sanem and beyond.
